I'm not sure I can "join the conversation" though. Certain words "resonate" differently with people based on their "demographic" and "psychographic profile." Whereas some words just sound more "organic" and do a better job of "engaging the customer." But, whether you're speaking with "social currency" or using "real-time engagement" isn't as important as the "metrics" you use to measure your "value stream" investment. Most importantly, no matter where the prospect is in the "consumer lifecycle", remember that it's all about the "brand". Unless you can make it go "viral"!
